Accessibility to public transport
Nottingham City Transport (NCT) recognises that accessibility to bus services and information about our services is very important to all passengers and that our passengers have different needs and preferences.
NCT is committed to improving accessibility for passengers, in partnership with local and national agencies, across all of our business, ranging from continued purchases of new low floor buses, to stop improvements and continuing to develop timetables and information in alternative formats.
This section of the NCT website focuses on all the different aspects of accessibility (not just physical access) and aims to keep you informed of the work we have done, what we are doing, and what we plan to do, to make our services more accessible.
If you have any comments about accessibility, please contact our Travel Centre by:-
- e-mail travelcentre@nctx.co.uk
- telephone 0115 950 60 70
- or by writing to Nottingham City Transport, Lower Parliament Street , Nottingham , NG1 1GG
