Splendour Buses

Getting to Splendour this Sunday couldn’t be easier; thanks to the special buses Nottingham City Transport will be running between the City Centre and Wollaton Park.

On Sunday 19th July, NCT will be running buses every 15 minutes between the Old Market Square (Beastmarket Hill, stop B1, as show on the map below) and Wollaton Park (Middleton Boulevard).

The first bus will depart the City Centre at 12:00, with the last bus returning from Wollaton Park, Middleton Boulevard at 21:45.

Extra buses will also be provided on the Ecolink service 30 at the end of the Splendour, running from inside Wollaton Park near the Wollaton Road Car Park into the City Centre.

In addition, NCT Orange Line buses 35 and 36 will be running as normal all day along Derby Road, with buses running up to every 10 minutes during the daytime. Customers travelling on these buses need to alight the bus on Derby Road at the Wollaton Park rear entrance and walk through to Splendour.

Normal NCT fares apply across all services, with the Group Rider ticket slashed in price from £6 to only £3 giving unlimited NCT City bus travel for up to 5 people (min 1 adult, max 2 adults) to get to and from Splendour at a great value price.

Full details about NCT bus services are available from the Travel Centre on 0115 950 60 70 or online at www.nctx.co.uk

The shuttle buses between the City Centre and Wollaton Park are financially supported by Nottingham City Council.
