City Transport is offering all young people free travel over the summer holidays
when they buy their Autumn term bus travel early at a special discounted rate
of just £99!
Between Saturday 24th July and Saturday 28th August 2010 inclusive, all customers topping up or buying a new Easyrider Citycard Under 18 card for the Autumn Term at £99 will automatically be given free school holiday travel, which they can use to get around the City over the summer.
Topping up at the beginning of the school holidays not only avoids the queues in the NCT Travel Centre just before the new term starts, but also reduces the price of travel down to just 65p per day, if purchased early in the holidays.
Commenting
on the price promotion, Anthony Carver-Smith NCT Marketing Manager said, “Thinking
about the new school term is probably the last thing most children want to
worry about, but by sorting out their bus travel early, young people can get
around all summer for free on NCT buses and the tram for a fantastic price
and know they can then use the card until the Christmas”.
Easyrider Citycards are available from the NCT Travel Centre in the Old Market Square and on board the Mobile Travel Centre, which visits Arnold, Beeston, Bulwell, Clifton, Netherfield and West Bridgford every fortnight.
The offer is available to new and existing Easyrider Citycard Under 18 card holders.
