7. Canalhouse - 48-52 Canal St, City NG1 7EH

CanalhouseBus/Tram line: Maroon 13, 14
Bus stop name: Canal St
Open: Mon- Wed 12–11, Thu 12–12, Fri-Sat 12-1am, Sun 12-11
Beers: Castle Rock Harvest Pale and Preservation and four guests.

Description:
This pub is unusual in that it was built inside one of the waterways warehouse buildings; part of the canal comes into the building and is traversed by a wooden bridge. You will find one or two narrow boats moored inside! It is a large, open plan establishment, with the bar area on the ground floor and a function room on an upper floor. They have a decked patio outside, by the canal, which is partly covered and heated so you can enjoy the waterside views whatever the weather. A large and varied menu is served daily, until the early to middle evening depending on the day. They host a brewery weekend at the end of every month and usually have a couple of beer festivals every year.
