NCT Travel Centre
It's easy to get in touch with Nottingham City Transport, whatever the reason. You can either:
- Visit our Travel Centre in the Old Market Square (behind the tram stop)
- Call us on (0115) 950 60 70
- Visit us on our Mobile Travel Centre, visiting Arnold, Bulwell, Beeston, City Hospital, Clifton, Netherfield, Queen's Medical Centre and West Bridgford every fortnight
- E-mail us at travelcentre@nctx.co.uk for journey planning advice, have a bus or ticket enquiry or want more information
- E-mail us at feedback@nctx.co.uk if you wish to make a comment, complaint, suggestion or praise a member of our staff. You can also view our Passenger Charter to see how we handle feedback.
The Travel Centre is open 6 days a week:
08:00–18:00 Monday
08:00–17:30 Tuesday to Friday
09:00–15:30 Saturday
The Call Centre is open 7 days a week:
08:00–19:00 Monday to Saturday
09:00–17:00 Sunday
