Midibus Drivers

£7.72 per hour, during training and £8.49 per hour on completion of training
Permanent shifts - 39 hours, five days from seven, Sunday to Saturday, rest days will be variable.
Weekend working is required.

The company has vacancies for Midibus Drivers, who will be required to work at/from any of the company’s premises, although initially will be based at Trent Bridge Garage.

Successful candidates will be friendly and approachable. Hold a full motor vehicle driving licence (no more than 3 points) and have been driving for at least one year. Experience is not essential as NCT is willing to provide training.

Hours of Work and Remuneration

Permanent shifts - 39 hours, five days from seven, Sunday to Saturday, rest days will be variable. Weekend working is required.

Midibus drivers are paid £7.72 per hour, during training and £8.49 per hour on completion of training. Additional £1 per hour paid on all hours worked after 9pm in the evening and all day on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Annual earnings during first year is circa £17k (based on 39 hours over a five day week). Earning potential within 3 years is circa £19k (based on 39 hours over a five day week).
