
Please tell us if any of your contact details change; a new address or telephone number for example. It is important that we have the correct information about you to help us and to protect your card in case it's lost or stolen.
Firstly, please let us know as soon as possible. The quicker you inform us the sooner we can take action to stop it being misused.
You will then need to come into the NCT Travel Centre or your local City Leisure Centre to order a replacement card. There is a small charge for your replacement card, this is to cover the cost of issuing you with a new card. Any travel or leisure subscriptions will be automatically carried over to your new card.
