Lost or stolen cards

Please call us on 0115 950 60 70 as soon as possible, to stop anyone misusing your card.

You can collect a new card from the NCT Travel Centre, from the next working day, at a cost of £3. The replacement card will have the same expiry date as the missing card. Unfortunately NCT cannot refund any travel costs that you may have incurred.

Don't forget to keep us updated if you change address or phone number!

Unfortunately our Easyrider cards are not indestructible, so please look after yours by not bending, scratching or punching holes in it!

How to use your Easyrider Citycard on the bus or tram

On the bus... hold your Easyrider Citycard to the red card reader. A green light and a beep means it's been accepted and it'll also show how many days are left on your card. Several beeps and red light flashes means there is a problem with your card, so please speak to the driver.

On the tram... hand your Easyrider Citycard to the conductor, who will validate your card against their hand-held ticket machine. Remember, Anytime and Anytime Under 18 are not valid on the tram.

How far can I travel on my Easyrider Citycard?

Easyrider Citycards can be used on every Nottingham City Transport bus across Greater Nottingham, including on longer distance services 1, 26, 100 and Skylink to the following boundary points:

  • 1 Clifton Pastures
  • 26, 100 Carlton-le Willows School/Linden Grove
  • Skylink Clifton, Man of Trent PH

Easyrider Citycard Adult and Under 18 consecutive day travel cards can also be used on the tram, across the complete route.
