Topping up your Easyrider Citycard

To make topping up your Easyrider Citycard as easy as possible, there are several ways you can add more days on to your card.

 

All Easyrider Citycard Types:

At the Travel Centre in the Old Market Square

• Simply pop into the Travel Centre and we’ll add the days on to your card straight away.
• Our Travel Centre accepts cash and debit/credit cards for transactions over £10, though unfortunately we do not accept cheques, American Express or Electron cards for payment.

On the Mobile Travel Centre – find out when Phil and the team are out and about!

Easyrider Citycard Adult and Under 18 Only:

Online

• Cheaper than renewing in the Travel Centre – save up to 7% on the monthly option
• Click here and follow the easy on screen instructions
  Please allow 3 working days for the extra days to be credited to your card from the day of renewal

By telephone

• Give us a call on 0115 950 60 70 and we’ll take the payment over the phone
• Please allow 3 working days for the extra days to be credited to your card from the day of renewal

By Direct Debit

• Cheaper than renewing in the Travel Centre or online – save around 20% on the monthly option
• Set up a Direct Debit mandate and payment is taken automatically from your bank account, so your card never expires and you don’t have to worry about remembering to top up your card
