Topping up your Easyrider Citycard

To make topping up your Easyrider Citycard as easy as possible, there are several ways you can add more days on to your card.

All Easyrider Citycard Types:

  • Simply pop into the Travel Centre and we’ll add the days on to your card straight away.
  • Our Travel Centre accepts cash and debit/credit cards for transactions over £10, though unfortunately we do not accept cheques, American Express or Electron cards for payment.

You can also top up cards at South Nottingham College (West Bridgford, Beeston and City Sites). NTU Staff and students can also top up their cards at City and Clifton Campus and University of Nottingham staff and students can top up at Portland Building Reception.

 

Easyrider Citycard Adult and Under 18 Only:

Online

  • We need to change your Easyrider Citycard – more details
  • Cheaper than renewing in the Travel Centre – save up to 7% on the monthly option
  • Click here and follow the easy on screen instructions
  • Please allow 3 working days for the extra days to be credited to your card from the day of renewal

Telephone

  • Give us a call on 0115 950 60 70 and we’ll take the payment over the phone
  • Please allow 3 working days for the extra days to be credited to your card from the day of renewal

By Direct Debit

  • Cheaper than renewing in the Travel Centre or online – save around 20% on the monthly option
  • Set up a Direct Debit mandate and paymenDirect Debiit Logot is taken automatically from your bank account, so your card never expires and you don’t have to worry about remembering to top up your card
  • Download a Direct Debit Form: Easyrider Citycard Adult  or Easyrider Citycard Under 18, complete it and return it to the address shown on the form.
